On a sunny plateau in the Melchsee-Frutt Ski Resort, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away. Opening in December 2011, Frutt Lodge & Spa offers spacious rooms with views of the Alps or the Melchsee Lake. Interiors feature smart wooden floors and natural materials. Comforts include bathrobes, slippers and free wired internet. Fine international cuisine is served in the Frutt Lodge’s 2 restaurants. Guests can enjoy drinks and panoramic views in the lobby with fireplace. The 900 square-metre Frutt Spa features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. Starting in the 2015/2016 winter season, the 300 square-metre Frutt Family Spa will be available for children. For guests with dogs, the hotel offers dog equipment like a dog pillow, dog treats and dog toys on request. Skiing and hiking trails begin just outside the hotel, and Melchsee Lake is 200 metres away. Frutt Lodge offers reduced ski passes and storage space for equipment. During the summer season (approximately from Mid-June to Mid-October), parking is also permitted at Melchsee-Frutt.

Please note that Melchsee-Frutt is a car-free zone. Parking is possible at the cable car valley station against a surcharge. During summer guests can take the car to certain points in Melchsee-Frutt, only during restricted times. Please note that reservations for the Gourmet Restaurant Stübli are only possible for guests older than 14 years of age. Please note further that the Frutt Spa´s swimming pool and sauna are only accessible for guest older than 14 and 16, respectively. In winter, the hotel cannot be accessed by car and no parking is available at the hotel. Guests can leave their cars at the Stöckalp parking lot or use pre-booked garage parking, both at an additional cost. In summer, it is possible to drive to Melchsee-Frutt, where parking is available at an additional cost. The cable car ticket from Stöckalp to Melchsee-Frutt includes luggage transport (only until 17:20 in summer and 17:30 in winter). Time table for the cable car in summer season 2017 (15 June to 15 October 2017): Monday to Friday: 08:25 until 12:20, 13:20 until 17:20 Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 08:25 until 17:20, last descent: 17:50 Please note that the last gondola to Melchsee-Frutt leaves at 17:20! Time table for the cable car in winter season 2016/17 (08 December 2016 to 2 April 2017): Monday to Wednesday: 08:20 until 17:30 Thursday to Friday: 08:20 until 17:30, 18:30 until 19:30 Saturday: 07:45 until 17:30, 18:30 until 19:30 Sunday and holiday: 07:45 until 17:30 Special night ride: Thursday and Saturday 22:15 Please note that Sunday to Wednesday the last gondola to Melchsee-Frutt leaves at 17:30. Please note that from 16 October to 01 November 2017, there is no cable car. The property is only accessible by car and winter tires might be required.
