Informace o Gasthaus Engel

Located in the centre of Sachseln, 200 metres from Lake Sarnen and the train station, the family-run Gasthaus Engel features a Gault Millau-awarded restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine. It also comes with a large wine cellar. The rooms at the Engel Gasthaus were renovated in 2014 and offer panoramic mountain views, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, wooden floors, and a bathroom. During summer, meals can be enjoyed on the terrace. A rich breakfast buffet is also served at Gasthaus Engel, and packed lunches are available on request. A sunbathing terrace and free parking are also available. Lucerne is 25 km away. The Melchsee-Frutt Ski Area can be reached within 20 minutes by car.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays from May to September and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the rest of the year. The reception is also closed on the same days,but you can still check-in using the self-check-in machine. Breakfast is served daily. Please note that children staying in the parents' bed only have to pay for the breakfast. All beds in the room need to be occupied by adults in order for the children to stay for free (e. g. Double Room: 2 full paying adults).
