The Club MMV Altitude is located just 200 metres from the ski slopes of the Arc 2000 resort in the French Alps. It offers free access to the hot tub, indoor pool and sauna upon reservation. Free WiFi is available in communal areas and in all rooms. Each room at the Hotel Club MMV Altitude is equipped with a TV and direct phone line. They also have a private bathroom. Breakfast is available every morning and the MMV Altitude’s restaurant serves regional cuisine with a view of the Mont Blanc. The hotel also organises evening entertainment in the bar. The property also features a lounge for adolescents under the age of 18 years old. The lounge is equipped with sofas, armchairs, games and WiFi connection for smartphones and tablets. MMV Altitude also provides ski storage facilities and a ski hire service.

A security deposit of EUR 75 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It will not be returned if there is any damage, the guest has smoked in the room, or if the keys are not returned. Reception is open from 7:30 to 20:30 daily. 1 free access to the hot tub and sauna is included per person, per week. Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Daily cleaning and full-board are included in the price. The kids club is available for children from 4 to 11 years old, and the teenagers club for children from 12 to 17 years old. A baby club is available for children from 18 months to 3 years old, for an extra fee. The baby club is subject to availability and upon prior reservation. The full-board rate includes dinner on arrival day and breakfast and lunch on departure day, for stays of 5 nights minimum. The Aqua-relaxation area is closed on Saturdays all year round, and on Fridays and Tuesday mornings out of French school holidays: Adults 18 years old and over - - Upon reservation only at the reception desk for adults - 1 access per person is included in the rate per adult per week after 17:00 from Sunday to Friday. Teenagers aged 14 years old and over - - Opening hours depend upon times decided by the hotel, during French school holidays only - Sessions are for 45 minutes depending on availability.
