This family-run hotel has a fantastic location just 100 metres from the beach and seaside promenade of Montesilvano. It offers free parking, free internet and a restaurant specialising in Abruzzo cuisine. At Hotel Prestige, there is free Wi-Fi throughout. All rooms offer an LCD TV, a minibar, and air conditioning. Some rooms feature a balcony, a kettle, and Sky Vision Plus channels. The on-site restaurant specialises in cuisine from Italy and particularly Abruzzo. A generous buffet breakfast of cold cuts, cheese and homemade cakes, accompanied by eggs, is served daily. . In July, August and September, a private beach is available. This is free for stays of at least 3 days. Beach towels can be rented or purchased on site. A shuttle service is available at a surcharge. The A14 motorway is a 10-minute drive away as is Pescara town centre. Abruzzo Airport is 10 km away.

Entertainment on the beach is only provided in July and August. Please note that parking is upon availability, as parking spaces are limited. When booking the full-board option, 1/2 L of water and 1/4 L of wine are included per person. When booking half-board option, a 3-course menu, water and wine are included. Please note that during the summer months the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. For the rest of the year from Monday to Thursday, the restaurant is open only for dinner, and on the remaining days is provided at a nearby partner restaurant. To reach the property lift, you have to go up 5 steps. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law.
