Important information

Guests must call the hotel in advance if arriving after 20:00 from Mondays to Fridays, or after 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The hotel will provide an access code for the key box. As of 01 January 2012, the city of Aachen will charge an extra tax of 5% on the room accommodation rate (including VAT). This tax will be added to the final guest invoice.
