Informace o Estivel - Royal Green

Situated in Pont-de-Larn in southwestern France, Estivel Royal Green offers fully equipped villas. It borders a golf course and features an outdoor swimming pool in its gardens. All the villas come with a kitchenette, ensuite facilities, TV and lounge area. They feature a terrace which opens out onto the pool and gardens. BBQ facilities are available. Every morning there is a bakery delivery service to the villas of Estivel Royal Green. Guests can hire bikes onsite for exploring the region. Estivel Royal Green is just 20 minutes from the town of Castres. Free private parking is available.

Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.
