Set inside Madonie Regional Park, Il Vecchio Frantoio is a Sicilian manor house with several mills, which was built in the 1600s. It produces olive oil, meat and salami, which is served in the restaurant. Rooms have a rustic yet elegant design with wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Every room features a TV, fridge and private bathroom. They offer views of the garden and surrounding mountains. A continental breakfast is served each morning, while the restaurant serves Sicilian specialities with gluten-free and vegetarian options on offer. Free bikes and free parking are available, and the seaside is just 20 minutes' drive away. The Scillato exit of the A19 is 6 km from the property and Palermo is reachable by car in less than 1 hour.
