This apartment is located in a renovated farmhouse uniquely situated on lake Garda only 600 m away from the centre of Lazise and the lake. You will also have access to the communal swimming pool. The apartment is on the ground OR first floor. There are 10 apartments in total. all located on a corner with their own balcony or garden. Below the holiday homes there are parking spaces for the guests. The total surface of the grounds is ca. 1 ha with olive trees for example. In the lively village Lazise several shops. restaurants and pizzerias can be found. Gardaland (the biggest Italian fun-park) is less than 10 minutes driving. Verona is 30 min. away. Venice 1.5 hour and Milan 1 hour and 45 minutes.Attention: The swimming pool may not be used between circa 13.00 and 15.00 o clock.
