Keys are to be picked up and dropped off at the reception, located at Norderstrasse 36, Westerland. Reception hours are 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 11:00 on Saturdays and Sundays A linen service is available for a fee. A standard linen package includes 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet, 2 small towels, 1 large towel, 1 bathmat and 1 dishtowel.
