The apartments are only 500 meters away from the best golf courses and 2 km away from the beach and the marina.

Please note that for stays longer than 1 week, towels are changed twice a week and sheets once a week. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that guests wishing to check-out earlier will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 400 is required at the check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property.
