Located a few metres from the beach, this Basque style residence offers soundproofed and furnished apartments featuring either a terrace, a balcony or a garden with views of Arcachon Basin. All of the apartments at Residence Oyana feature wooden floors and contemporary design furnishing. Guests can relax in their private living room with flat-screen satellite TV. They also have a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. Set just one km from the Pyla-sur-Mer city centre, the Residence Oyana is close to many restaurants. Additional facilities include a washing machine and an iron. Free public parking is possible near the residence. The area offers many activities and services such as bicycle rental, climbing, fishing, canoeing and hiking.

Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges and will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or can be paid by cheque. This amount will be released on your account a few days after check-out or the cheque will be returned by post within 30 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. Bed linen is included.
