Kneipp baths and sensory showers are available. The private beach is open from early May until mid October. Ischia Harbour, where ferries depart for Naples and Capri, is 700 metres from the hotel. The town’s main bus station is also 700 metres away, but local buses stop just 10 metres away. On New Year's Eve, the hotel serves a special gala meal, which must be booked in advance.
