A family-run grade ll listed accommodation in the heart of the Welsh countryside, The Golden Lion Hotel has a bar, a restaurant, live entertainment and 2 car parks with free parking. The option of a full English breakfast is served every morning and the restaurant, which is open every day, serves British and international food. Entertainment is provided on some nights. Evening meals are available, reservations are required. Special diets are catered for but please contact the property in advance. The hotel is peacefully located just off the A483, overlooking scenic countryside and mountains. The Hotel is on the famous Offa's Dyke Path and is situated midway between the Berwyn and Cambrian mountains, with lakes, forests and sporting activities. Historical Shrewsbury is a 15-minute drive away, and the lively cities of Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool are all within an hours' drive.
