Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Hastings seafront and pebble beach, Phoenix Guest House offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The old town is a 10-minute walk away and features historic buildings, restaurants and a local seafood market. A compact 20-litre fridge and a welcome tray including tea, coffee and biscuits are provided in each room at the Phoenix. All rooms come with their own en-suite bathroom. Hastings is home to numerous restaurants, and pubs, where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. The historic town of Battle and the Cinque Port of Rye are both within a 20-minute drive, and Blue Reef Aquarium is only 1 mile away. Hastings Rail Station is a 5-minute walk and has links to Brighton and London.

Please note that breakfast is not available at the guest house. Please note that the off-site parking is free from the hours of 16:00 to 11:00 the next morning, after which it is chargeable. Maximum occupancy of each room is 2, including children. Please note rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors and there is no lift available. If you require a ground-floor room, please note this in the comments box at the time of booking. Please also be aware there are 7 steps leading up to the front door. Check in is available between 13:00 and 22:00 every day using a self check in system. Information on how to use the self check in system will be sent by email prior to arrival.
