All of the modern individual rooms at Norfolk Square Guest House include free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms with luxury toiletries. Rooms also provide comfortable slippers, large mirrors, and tea/coffee facilities with biscuits. Fridges are provided in some rooms and can be provided in others if required. The suites have their own entrance hall and lounge. Fresh locally sourced full English breakfasts are served, along with a selection of fresh fruit and continental options. Guests can relax in the traditionally furnished lounge, with its leather sofas and cosy fireplace. The sandy beach is only 5 minutes’ walk away and Great Yarmouth’s centre is just a 10-minute walk.

If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform 3 Norfolk Square in advance. Guests arriving 3 hours later than their stated check-in time must inform the property of their delay or their booking may be cancelled with no refund. There is no check-in after 21:00 unless you have given prior notice and an arrival time has been pre-arranged. Only the people named on the booking can stay in the rooms. Children cannot be accommodated. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any multi-room booking must give an undertaking that this is not the case. If this is the case, upon arrival, any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. There are 5 steps leading to the front door, and to the first and second floors there are 21 steps on each wide stair case.
