Quick description

The Spinney is an 18th-century country house just 9 minutes' drive from Barnstaple town centre. It is situated in the heart of North Devon, just 7 miles from Exmoor National Park. Free Wi-Fi and free onsite parking are available, as well as a large garden, conservatory and a lounge with a wood burning stove. A flat-screen TV, private bathroom and bathrobes are provided in each room at The Spinney, as well as countryside views. Local farm sausages are included with the full English breakfast, and home-baked bread with a selection of home-made preserves and marmalade are often available. The seaside resort of Ilfracombe is only a 25-minute drive away. Croyde Beach is a 20-minute drive, and is famous for its surfing.
