This unique bed and breakfast, which is located in the Beethovenstraat district in Amsterdam, is hosted by Xaviera Hollander. It includes free Wi-Fi, a spacious garden with a terrace and some rooms decorated with erotic paintings. The Stadionweg tram stop is 300 metres away and offers direct links to Museum Square and Leidseplein. Xaviera's is a 15-minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station. The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is 900 metres away. Bicycles can be rented on site. All rooms are equipped with a TV and king-size bed. All of the accommodation at Xaviera's Bed and Breakfast has access to either a private or shared bathroom, and have tea/coffee making facilities.
