Lagrange Vacances L'Estuaire is located in Le Verdon-sur-Mer, 1 km from the Landes beaches. It has a pool with retractable roof, a tennis court and each apartment has a balcony, and a kitchen. All apartments at Lagrange Vacances L'Estuaire also have a TV, private bathroom and a seating area. Guests sunbathe in the garden and relax in the hotel’s sauna. There is also a playground petanque area, a gym and a paddling pool during the high season. Lagrange Vacances L'Estuaire is situated a short drive from the Pointe de Grave, which has a ferry to Royan. The residence provides free private parking and guests can enjoy water sports at the nearby beaches.

Please note that for all arrivals outside of reception hours, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that a deposit of EUR 300 per apartment is required on arrival. Guests are required to complete end-of-stay cleaning. An additional cost will be deducted from the deposit if cleaning is not completed. Bed and bath linen are provided for short stays only. Beds can be made before arrival at an additional cost. TV rental is EUR 29 the first week, then EUR 15 per week. It is subject to booking and availability. Guests can rent a babycot for EUR 15.00 per week, and a baby kit (cot and chair) for EUR 25 per week or EUR 8 per day. For 2 to 6-night stays, bed linen, towels, TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) is included in the price. For stays of 7 nights and more, bed linen, towels, TV and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price.
