Located in the popular L1 district of Liverpool city centre, Epic Serviced Apartments offer luxury, elegant apartments with free WiFi and direct access to shops and restaurants. Each apartment is uniquely decorated and each has a modern kitchen with a stylish breakfast/dining area. Linen and towels are included and other amenities include a hairdryer and ironing facilities. Albert Dock is a 10-minute walk from Epic Serviced Apartments and the Anfield Stadium, home of Liverpool Football Club, can be found a 20-minute drive away.

Please note that Epic Apart Hotel do not permit non-residents. Check-In: Please note Epic Serviced Apartments on Duke St do not have a reception area and as such, guests will be required to check-in at Epic Apart Hotel located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed. Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 30% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Security Deposit: A Security Deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges", including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. Cash will not be accepted. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, Epic Apart Hotel will be entitled to recover this from you without delay. All pre-authorisations are cancelled on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days.
