Informace o De Boot

This converted freighter from 1928 boasts picturesque countryside views in Merkem, 11 km from Diksmuide. The ship is called "The Dry Paulette and it is moored on land, by the river. Guests can enjoy having the entire boat to themselves which includes a bar and terraces. Free WiFi is available. Equipped with ecological lights, a toilet and shower, De Boot includes five bunk beds, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a table with four chairs. The boat also has a deck overlooking the river and there is a special ‘snoring’ cabin with a single bed which overlooks the fields. Guests can book the boat for one person or book up to 5 extra beds to stay as a group. The terraces are ideal for picnics and barbecue facilities are provided. Situated on the Ieper-IJzer canal in an area ideal for recreational cycling, De Boot also offers bicycle rental. The centre of Ieper is 25 minutes’ drive away. Private parking is available on site.
