Located in the seaside resort of Ronce-Les- Bain, Résidence Sous les Pins by Popinns is 1 km from the beach, opposite the Island of Oléron. It offers fully equipped apartments and mobile homes. Guests are invited to enjoy the basket ball courts and relax in the TV and table tennis rooms. Résidence Sous les Pins by Popinns also provides a children’s club during the summer. Résidence Sous les Pins by Popinns offers free private parking and is 8 km from Marennes town centre. Guests can also visit La Tremblade and its oyster port, situated 3 km from the residence.

A security deposit EUR 300 is required upon arrival for the apartments, which needs to be paid separately. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that a EUR 35 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
