This Residence is located in the heart of Arcachon near the area of the Ville d'Hiver district. It is a 5-minute walk from Park Mauresque and 300 metres from the city's major beaches. It is 800 metres from the train station and 1 km from the Palais des Congrès. You can use the free public parking, just 50 metres from the hotel. Lined with sandy beaches and forest areas, Arcachon is easily accessible. In less than an hour from Bordeaux and a 45-minute drive from Bordeaux-Merignac Airport .

Please note that only French cheques and Cheque Vacances are accepted. If you plan to arrive after 18:00 please contact the hotel in advance. For stays of a week or more, you must clean the apartment before departure. Groups of more than 8 guests are not accepted at this residence.
