The Summer Tree Village rentals are just 5 minutes’ walk from the shores of Myrtle Beach. Each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen and guests will also enjoy access to an outdoor pool. A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in each unit as well as a cable TV with DVD player. All apartments feature an extra counter space and a dining area. An indoor pool and hot tub are on site at the Summer Tree Village and the entire building is air conditioned during the warmer months. Free parking is possible on site. These rentals are 15 minutes’ drive from the dining and entertainment options of Broadway at the Beach. The Alabama Theatre and Barefoot Landing are both 4 miles away.

Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If expecting to arrive outside check-in hours, contact property at the number on the booking confirmation prior to arrival to make arrangements. Please note the property has limited office hours.
