Late check-in after 20:00 is subject to a charge of GBP 30 and check-in after midnight is subject to a charge of GBP 48. Your credit card is used to guarantee that you will not damage the apartment or remove any items, and you will be asked to sign an agreement to that effect. Proof of your identity (e.g. a passport or driving license) and of your home address (e.g. on a bill, official letter or identity card) is required. Please bring both when you check in. Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the card holder must be present and have the original card on arrival. A limited number of off-street parking spaces are available which must be requested when booking. If the parking request cannot be fulfilled then you will be given the option to cancel your booking free of charge. Please do not arrive with a car unless you have pre-booked a parking space as the property will be unable to help find parking locally. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
