Enjoying a panoramic location just above Sölden, Haus Florian is only 50 metres from the ski slope. Guests can make a free use of the seasonal outdoor pool next door. Free private parking is also available. Flat-screen TVs and dishwashers are standard in all Florian apartments. The kitchenettes include a microwave and a coffee maker. On request, bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Haus Florian has a children’s playground and a storage room for skis and bikes. Sauna, steam bath and an infrared cabin are available at extra charge at the building 20 metres away. The Florian Haus is located 13 km from the Längenfeld Thermal Spa and 22 km from Ötzidorf, Umhausen. The Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates from mid-June to early October and offers free rides on the cable cars, lifts and buses, free guided hiking tours, free access to public baths and lakes and many more benefits. Guests furthermore receive a discount for the admission at the Aqua Dome Thermal Bath.

A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
