Please note that check-in takes place between 16:00 and 17:00 at Forenom's office, Mannerheimintie 113, Helsinki. Upon arrival, guests will receive keys and the exact location of the apartment. Guests arriving after 17:00 on weekdays and after 16:00 on Saturdays need to contact the office at least 3 hours in advance and have to pay an additional fee for key delivery. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation. After booking, you will receive payment instructions and a payment link from the property via email. Credit cards are only needed to guarantee your booking. At Forenom, the style and décor of individual apartments varies and may differ from the photos displayed. Forenom may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport or credit card prior to check-in, which should be sent to Forenom before the requested time.
