Please note key collection takes place at the Beninter office, located within the same complex as the apartments on 6 Calle Ibiza, 03503, Benidorm. Office opening hours are: - Summer (Mid-June to Mid-September) Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Sundays: Closed. - Winter (Mid-September to Mid-June) Monday to Friday: 9:30 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 09:30 to 13:30. Sundays: Closed. Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to pick up the keys at the Hotel Helios (Ave Filipinas 12), located at the end of Ibiza street. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 200 in cash is obligatory upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made. Photo ID for all guests must be presented upon check-in. Should guests arrive outside office opening hours, they must present their ID at the Beninter office the next day.
