Shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment house within 500 metres. You can reach the property from the A13 motorway through the Schönberg-Stubaital exit, which is 15 minutes away. You can use a tennis court 2.5 km from the property, while an indoor swimming pool can be found 3 km away.
