A covered carport is available on site and can also be used free of charge. All units at Appartementhaus Sonnblick are rustically furnished and have a kitchen or kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom, and a balcony or terrace with views of the Hochkönigmassiv Mountain Range. Free WiFi is available. Appartementhaus Sonnblick Hochkönig has a large sun terrace, barbecue facilities, a table tennis table as well as ski storage boxes and a ski boot dryer. During the summer season, children's entertainment is offered 5 times a week, free of charge. Mühlbach’s village centre, a bakery, a supermarket, an Alpine slide, the Mining Museum and a small zoo are all a 10-minute walk away. The region provides 120 km of ski runs and several hiking trails.
