It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card. Check-in: Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The access code to the main entrance of the building and your apartment will be sent to you on the day of arrival before 15:00. Please provide photo ID: Please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS. Cleaning: For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price. Access: Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 for weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician.
