Résidence du Brévent is located 300 metres from Chamonix city centre and features self-catering apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette. The cable car is only 50 metres away and the train station is 800 metres away. With a balcony opening onto the mountains, each studio apartment includes a living room with dining area, TV and sofa. There is also a mezzanine bed accessible with a ladder. The apartments are 500 metres from a shopping centre and 300 metres from the commercial area. In the surroundings you can find a sport centre and a golf course. The bus stop is 100 metres from the residence. In winter, snow chains are highly recommended.

Please inform Le Brévent in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
