The apartment is situated in Residence "Grand Sud"located in the district of Canet Sud, 100 m from the sea. For shared use is a seasonal swimming pool and the lift. The two-bedroom apartment is 48 m2 on the 1st floor with a living/dining room with flat screen TV. Please note that one of the the rooms is a children's room with bunk beds. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a microwave. There is a private bathroom and a separate toilet. A terrace with furniture is available. You can have a nice view of the sea and the mountains.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
