Located in the heart of the Croix Rousse district of Lyon, Studi Ivry proposes a self-catering studio with a dining area. Parc de la Tête d’Or is a 15-minute walk away and the Old Town is 3 km away. The studio features a seating area with a TV, ironing facilities, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, stove and refrigerator. A breakfast tray is provided free of charge. Place Bellecour is 2.4 km from the studio and Saint Elisabeth Church is a 16-minute walk away. Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at an additional cost. A EUR 10 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included. Guests can choose to clean the accommodation themselves or pay the fee.
