There's a large balcony, in a south facing position and a view of the mountains and the ski-run. The area of Preyrand is linked to the centre "La Croisette" by a free lift, open from 0830 hrs to 2300 hrs. apartment block "Caron". It's in the district of Preyrand, 250 m from the centre. In the apartment complex: lift, ski storage. Public parking. Grocers, supermarket 20 m, shopping centre 250 m, restaurant 50 m. Sports centre 100 m, ski sport facilities 20 m, ski runs 10 m, ski school 250 m. Please note that there are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Caron 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
