There is also an equipped kitchen with four hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. There is also a separate WC and a washing machine. Guests can enjoy the shared terrace 20 m2, covered, south facing position and the second terrace 12 m2, covered, east facing position. For shared use there is a park, swimming pool (18 x 7 m, depth 60 - 200 cm, 15.06.-30.09.) with built-in steps. In the house there is a lift, central heating. Shop, grocers, restaurant, beach are in 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) in 14 km. Please note that a car is essential.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
