This is a 2-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. The living/dining room has a TV. Then there's one room with a sliding door with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm). The entrance hall has 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and 1 more sleeping possibility. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, grill). The shower and WC are separate. The apartment also has access to a balcony, in a west facing position and provides electric heating. A maximum of 1 small pet/ dog is allowed. The apartment is in the district of Reberty 1850, in a quiet position, 20 m from the ski-run. In the house: lift, ski storage. Public parking. Grocers, supermarket, restaurant 20 m. Ski sport facilities 50 m, ski runs 20 m.

The office will be closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals please contact the office well in advance to arrange arrival details. Please inform Les Mélèzes 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
