The living/dining room is with 1 double sofa bed with an exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a freezer. There is a balcony with a view to the sea. For shared use: garden 300 m2 with lawn, plants, flowers and trees. Public parking 10 m on the road. Grocers, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 800 m.
