Located next to the cable car Sonnenbahn taking you to Fiss-Ladis Ski Area, Apart Landerer offers modern Alpine-style accommodation with views of the surrounding mountains. Free private parking is provided. In winter, guests can ski directly to the Landerer and make use of the sauna and the steam bath on site. The accommodation comprises wooden furnishings and bright décor. All units come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchenette. Most have a balcony or a terrace. During winter season, daily breakfast is served in the common breakfast room. The closest restaurant and a grocery store are reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Lake Überwasser, suitable for swimming in summer, is 1 km away. The hiking trail Themenwanderweg passes 600 metres from the property.

Please note that in winter the restaurant is only open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that the sauna is only open in winter (daily except on Saturdays) and only in the late afternoon/early evening. Please inform Apart Landerer in advance of your expected arrival time.
