Informace o Character Baixa

The Character Baixa is a refurbished one-bedroom apartment located 800 metres from São Jorge Castle, in Lisbon. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi access. The original 18th-century wooden windows with 1.5 metres high have been kept and offer plenty of natural light. The private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. The kitchen has the features of a traditional Portuguese kitchen and is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and toaster. A coffee machine is available. After a walk through Rua Augusta’s shops, located less than a 5-minute walk, guests can relax in the living room, with a sofa, iPod docking station and cable TV with DVD/CD player. Rossio Train Station is within a 5-minute walk, providing access to Sintra village in a 30-minute train ride. Alfama’s narrow streets are 1.5 km from Character Baixa apartment and offer restaurants with Fado music.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that stays of more than 7 nights include a weekly maid service (bath and bed linen replacement and ironing services, upon request). The deposit must be paid via bank transfer on the day of booking. Late check-in is possible until 00:00 for an additional EUR 25 and must be requested prior to 21:30, on the check-in date.
