Near San Francisco Bay, this historic Sausalito, California resort is located in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The resort features a full-service spa and Murray Circle Restaurant. Farley Bar, with live music on certain days, is available at Cavallo Point Lodge. Cooking classes are also available in the Cavallo Point Cooking School. This is a pet-friendly resort. Area activities at the Cavallo Lodge consist of hiking, tours of Fort Baker and free morning yoga classes. Local beaches and guided kayaking tours under the Golden Gate Bridge are also nearby. Cavallo Point offers rooms with a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. Available amenities include a small fridge and a coffee maker while select rooms provide a gas fireplace. Please note, the spa will be closed for renovation from 3 April until 17 April 2017. Pets allowed for an extra charge per pet, per stay. Dogs only. Up to 2 pets per room. Children 17 and under stay free with paying adult and using existing bedding. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
