Please note that the property can only be reached via boat/speedboat. The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from the piers to the resort and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. This service is not available during the hours from 23:00-05:30 hrs. Kindly contact the resort directly for further details. Guests are required to inform the hotel of the exact number of accompanying persons in their party prior to arrival. Please note that the beach at the property is a public beach. Guests should be informed that during public holidays and holiday seasons, the number of visitors can be increased noticeably. Please be informed that the hotel is not permitted to place sun lounger or umbrellas directly on the beach. However, guests can enjoy sun loungers at the pool next to Railay Beach and at The Umbrella Tree Court overlooking Phranang Beach. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation. For bookings made from 9 February 2017 onwards, a compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rates of 31 December 2017.
