Located only 2 km from the beach in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Résidence les Restanques proposes 2 self-catering apartments. The villa features a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a garden. Discounts are given to guests when they visit Golf de Frégate and a boat can also be rented during summer, upon presentation of a boat license and damages deposit.

Please note that 50% of the total amount must be paid before arrival. - For French guests, this is payment by cheque. - For international guests, this is a payment by bank transfer. The residence will contact you directly after booking to arrange the prepayment. Please note that a EUR 1000 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay. Please note that breakfast in the room is free of charge, on the first night. Please note that a EUR 150 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
