These stylish loft-style apartments are located in a Grade II listed building in the city centre, just 100 metres from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station. Each apartment has free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The Place was a Victorian cotton warehouse and still has original curved ceilings and exposed brickwork as well as designer furnishings. The apartments have large bedrooms, stylish bathrooms and kitchens with ovens, hobs, and fridge/freezers with fresh milk. The Place Apartment Hotel offers luxury 4-star apartments with an on-site fitness centre, bistro and lounge bar, a 24-hour reception, room service and daily cleaning. The Place Hotel Restaurant offers fine dining while the lounge bar has snacks available throughout the day. A packed breakfast is also available.

A security deposit of GBP 50 or 100 per accommodation, per stay, is payable by debit/credit card locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition. You must call The Place Apartment Hotel if you intend to check-in later than 22:00. If you do not do this, the hotel will consider the booking cancelled and will charge a cancellation fee. Secure underground parking is available at an additional cost.
