Residencial Joao XXI is centrally located, 300 metres from Picoas Metro Station and a 15-minute walk from Lisbon's historic centre. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Each air-conditioned room at the Joao XXI features bed-side reading lamps and a cable TV. The private bathroom has a bath. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that towels are changed every 3 days. Room cleaning is done every 3 days, daily room cleaning is optional and has a surcharge of EUR 5 Please note that reservations for 4 and more rooms will be charged with 25% of the total amount of the reservation. This money is not refundable even in case of cancellation. Please note that credit card payments are accepted on amounts of EUR 50 and above. Please note that pets are allowed, upon previous request and at an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet, per day. All guests staying for 10 nights or more will have to pay the 1st night as a booking guarantee. This is non refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
