Guest checking in must be over the age of 21 and provide a valid ID and credit card. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Please note that for guests staying during New Year's Eve, 31 December, an NZD 500 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals.
