Incredible views across Folkestone Harbour feature from the floor-to-ceiling windows in Rocksalt Rooms’ restaurant. In the heart of a working harbour, each room offers unique views, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an iPod docking station. The beds are dressed with fine Egyptian cotton, and every en suite bathroom has a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms also enjoy lovely sea views. Oak flooring and dark wooden tables are included in the stylish restaurant, which is just a minute’s walk from the rooms and offers a menu of locally sourced, seasonal produce. The menu includes quality meat and fish that is cured and smoked by Rocksalt.
