WiFi is free from 3 June until 16 September up to 150 MB per day. Check-in after 20:00 is only possible if arranged in advance with the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00, and EUR 50 after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Water, electricity, gas as well as bed linen are included. Please note that full payment of the final cleaning fee is due on arrival. Pets are not allowed in public areas. Please note that rates from 3 June to 16 September include: 1 parasol and 1 beach towel per adult, 1 daily basket with pre-packaged breakfast products and drinks, 1 bottle of water, use of the swimming pool, use of bicycles upon availability. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at the price of EUR 10 per person per set. Please note that guests have to leave the kitchenette and barbecue clean at check-out.
