This apartment hotel is set in the popular health and winter sports resort of Oberwiesenthal in the Ore Mountains. The family-friendly Elldus Resort offers comfortably equipped and spacious apartments. The resort consists of a main building including reception, a restaurant, spa area and children's playground, as well as two apartment buildings. Every morning, the hotel’s complimentary bread service delivers freshly baked rolls to your apartment door. Breakfast and half board are also available in the on-site restaurant. Guests are welcome to hire skiing equipment and skates and explore the scenic trails on their doorstep. The nearby Czech border can also be reached on a hiking or cycling tour. The Elldus Resort includes a 2,000 m² spa with various classic and Mediterranean saunas, a pool area including heated indoor pool, a relaxation area, a modern fitness room, a panoramic lounge with great views of the Erz Mountains, and a wide range of massages and beauty treatments (for a fee). There is also a separate on-site children's spa area with sauna, small paddling pool and relaxation area (all available for a surcharge). There is also a 150 m² children's play area with a climbing wall, Wii, painting and crafts area, a play shop, table tennis and table football. The 4,000 m² outdoor playground includes a castle, swings, sandpit, mini golf and small boat lake with remote-control boats, and a petting zoo.
