Informace o Residence Oleandro

Just 1 km from the beach, Residence Oleandro is a 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Pietra Ligure. It features 2 outdoor pools, one of which includes a hydro-massage area. Apartments offer a furnished balcony or terrace, and views of the sea, pool or garden. Each comes with a bathroom with hairdryer, and a seating/dining area with kitchenette and satellite flat-screen TV. Air conditioning and heating are available upon request for an additional fee. Guests of the Oleandro have access to a garden with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. Complete with a bar and a games room, the 3-star Oleandro has a bike rental service and offers discounts to a private beach nearby. Private parking is free.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. The swimming pool is open from April until October. The bar is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. A maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed in the property, on request and at extra charge our EUR 50 per stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please note that heating and air conditioning are not included and is charged according to consumption. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
