There's one room with 1 double bed, shower/WC and a kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Facility wise, there's a washing machine. Access from outside: shower/WC. Reversible air conditioning. For shared use: grounds 3'600 m2 (fenced). Private: grounds 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, 15.04.-30.10.) with alarm. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, heating payable locally (01.11.-30.04.). Parking in the grounds. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Nearby attractions: Mont Ventoux, Avignon, Orange 25 km. The house has a separate access.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Interhome will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
